About

His review of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for the Telegraph might not disclose an involvement in the game’s "review camp". These very criticized events involved a heavily-controlled play environement with a company PR handler, costraints that pushed some journalists to cheat to go through the game faster. While his participation is not confirmed, it appears reasonably likely given the timing and the fact that his review only uses stock, Konami-provided images and video, suggesting a non-disclosure agreement. It should be noted that while some other review camps offered lavish accomodations and gifts, it appears the UK camp was reasonably frugal.
